You know I love avocado (see the avocado and egg pizza that I blogged about here), so I wanted to share my own little guacamole recipe. Of course, there are many recipes out there (just google it!) and my recipe is some kind of combination of all those recipes. I usually use the following ingredients:
One tomato, onion, avocado, chili, a handful of coriander and lashings of lemon juice and tobasco sauce to your liking.
Mash the avo first, add the chopped tomato, onion and chilli and mix it together – but don’t mash it. Add the chopped coriander followed by a couple of teaspoons of both the lemon juice and tobasco. And you’re done. Have it with corn chips, burritos, tacos or just toast. Let me know if you have any variations of this delish recipe.
