Chocolate olive oil cake by Nigella Lawson

This is my go-to dessert when we have guests over, or I’ve been asked to provide dessert.

It’s easy to make and usually takes about 20 minutes to put together, and 40 minutes in the oven. It’s dairy free with a pudding-like consistency, and not too sweet either. Perfect with a dollop of yogurt or ice cream, or just by itself.
